Welcome Friend, I'm Johanna!
If you're on this part of the website, you must be in the planning stages of your European wedding - How exciting!! It's truly a joy to welcome you, support you, and celebrate you both. A little bit about me: I'm a traveling wedding photographer from the USA who has made the EU home for the past 6 years (well, 7 if you include my year living in Spain as an au pair!) I believe a wedding can be done in a mindful way, that's true to your relationship, and oozes with joy.
soo, HOW DO YOU GET PHOTOS THAT FEEL REAL, RELAXED, AND OOZE WITH LOVE?
Between the way you beam at your partner during your first look, laughing so hard during first speeches it makes your stomach ache, the squinty-eyed smiles of your loved ones, or wildin' out at your reception to your favorite 90's music - These are moments that ooze with love & joy,
and your photos will reflect that.
They don't look that way because your photographer has put you in some uncomfortable pose that doesn't feel authentic to you or because you're doing things you actually don't want to be doing on your wedding day. They look that way because it is honestly what you're feeling.
So first and foremost, focus on having the freaking time of your life.
